POP3 and SMTP Server (Standard and SSL)
This standard based SMTP/POP3 server allows using a variety of standard POP3 Email clients. This Internet / Email Server can also be used as an SMTP relay server for other mail systems. SSL (Socket Secure Layer) access to SMTP/POP3 provides secure, encrypted transmission between the Email client and server.
Connection via a static IP address can be configured as a complete SMTP server and a dial-up connection with a dynamic IP address is supported with POP3 Email collection and distribution. This function will automatically download and sort Email from remote POP3 mailboxes into local mailboxes. Outbound ESMTP authentication, POP before SMTP and APOP logins are supported for server to ISP communication.
Anti-virus Plug-in
Support for third party anti-virus software from Grisoft, Inc. (AVG) is included. Install AVG on the same PC as This Internet / Email Server and all inbound Email messages and attachments will be scanned for malicious viruses and worms at the server before they reach your user's mailbox.
Close integration with AVG provides an enhanced virus warning system. All infected parts of the Email can be automatically removed, an Email notification to the recipient can be sent and the entire message can be delivered to a special account for later review. Spam Protection
This Internet / Email Server uses the latest technology to block unsolicited Email and prevent your system from being used as an open relay by bulk mailers. It supports IP filtering along with the ability to specify users from which Email will or will not be accepted.
The anti-spam blocker (i.e. blacklist) allows rejection of known hosts/senders the user does not want to receive Email from. This Internet / Email Server also supports DNSbl-style lookup services to detect spammers from different categories such as, dial-up, open relays, spam sources, and more (MAPS, RBL lists, etc.).
Web Mail
Give users access to Email ANYWHERE using a standard web browser. This is very attractive for remote users or users away from their desks with a need for quick and easy access to their Email, folders and address books. Built-in WAP support gives users instant Email access on-the-go with any WAP compatible mobile phone.
The Web Mail interface can be personalized for each users requirement with their own text signature, Email preview, and other setting options. Dial-up users can activate ZIP support, which will automatically compress (.ZIP) any incoming attachment to lower the bandwidth requirements. Web Mail also supports spellchecking (US/UK), shared address books, delivery notification and allows user access to automatic Email rules (Email-to-folder sorting, autoforward, etc.).
Shared Address Book
This Internet / Email Server manages a shared user list for quick inter-company communication. Any Email client with LDAP support (i.e. Outlook Express) can search the This Internet / Email Server user list for recipient information. Web Mail provides direct access to all shared address books. Web Mail administrators can create public address books and any user can create their own private address books that can be accessible from any web browser.
Mailbox
User rights, such as: sending and receiving faxes, distributing unsorted Email, sending Email to the Internet and being included in the LDAP address book can be restricted by the administrator. Automatic Fax distribution by FAX ID is supported and multiple Email aliases can be setup for each mailbox.
Each This Internet / Email Server user has a personal mailbox for storing incoming Email and faxes. A mailbox size limit can be setup for each mailbox. If the limit is exceeded, all messages are temporary queued until the user cleans the mailbox.
Network Faxing
Give all users on your network the ability to send and receive faxes with this easy-to-use fax server. The fax server is fully integrated into the mail server and provides seamless fax-to-Email communication for each This Internet / Email Server users. Fax directly from any Windows application as easy as you print a document using the print driver from the FREE 602Pro This Internet / Email Server SendFax Client. Your current Email client's address book can be fax enabled as well. With the SendFax Client the following address books are supported:
Windows Address Book - Outlook Express
MAPI Address Book - Outlook 9x/2000
Default Email Client - Netscape Messenger, Eudora, etc.
Alternative fax method are Web Mail or Email-to-fax conversion. Simply send an Email TO: FAXNUMBER@fax as the recipient and This Internet / Email Server will convert your document into fax and send it out using OLE support. Common file formats like TXT, HTML, DOC, XLS, etc. are supported. This is perfect for third party software integration!
This Internet / Email Server supports standard TAPI devices, so any regular fax modem will work. This Internet / Email Server can support one modem for Faxing and another for dial-up Internet access. The same modem can be shared for both functions as well.
Automatic Printing and Management
This Internet / Email Server can be setup to operate just like a traditional fax machine. It can automatically print received inbound faxes to a printer connected to the server and send fax by Email to the user with the appropriate right. Direct-to-user fax distribution by Fax ID is available.
Obtain centralized control of your fax requirements. Setup fax priority over the Internet connection if only one modem is shared for faxing as well as for Internet access. Limit user rights to faxing, review logs of sent faxes, setup automatic re-dial attempts and more.

Start saving bandwidth and increase your Internet access performance! With the included HTTP proxy cache, frequently visited sites are saved locally so they are readily available without the need to retransmit the information from the Internet.

Access Control
Take complete control of the Internet access you provide your network users. Specify when Internet access is available and who can use it. Allow users to access only specific web sites related to your business or just restrict access to sites with unappropriate content. Import/export of the URL list is also supported.
IP Filter

Standard/Secure (SSL) Web Server
Integrated HTTP/HTTPS web server provides easy access to Web Mail, Remote Administration and user homepages. It can be accessed from the Internet and/or your LAN. Take advantage of 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and secure your information transfer on the web. The web server can be used for web hosting, e-commerce or other Internet applications. It can also easily co-exist with other third party web servers on the same PC and offer its services on a different port.
FastCGI/CGI/ISAPI Support

Personal User Pages
Give each user space on the web server for their own personal homepage. This Internet / Email Server supports FTP and HTTP upload for content distribution to the web server. Create, update and publish the HTML personal homepage directory using a built-in function, for quick user page location.
Remote Administration
Access and modify any settings of the software from the LAN, WAN or the Internet using a standard web browser. Setup who has the right to administer the server and from what IP address(es) can access Remote Administration. Use Remote Administration for real-time monitoring, statistics and more.
Combined with the secure SSL web server, all administration activities can be encrypted for maximum security.
Queue Management
The message queue is composed of all outbound Email and fax messages. It is accessible from the console, remote administration or web mail. View the status of any message waiting to be processed by This Internet / Email Server. Disable, enable or delete messages as you see fit.
Audit Logs (W3C) and Realtime Statistics
Complete logs can be kept for all activities: WWW, Proxy, SMTP, POP3, LDAP, Fax and DHCP. This will provide you with information on Email use, web site traffic, intruder activity, sites visited by your LAN users or it can simply help you troubleshoot any technical difficulties. W3C format compatibility is available for the web server, HTTP proxy and HTTP proxy cache. Any standard third party log analyzer software can be used for report generation.
Overview statistics provide real-time information about bytes sent/received from the SMTP/POP3/SOCKS/HTTP/WWW server, WWW server hits and Number of Faxes Sent/Received.
DHCP Server
Simplify your network administration by implementing a DHCP Server on your network. Save time, stop hand-entering every TCP/IP address on your network. Centralize distribution of IP addresses, DNS Server, Subnet mask or any other DHCP option.
98/ME/NT/2000/XP Service Support
This Internet / Email Server can run as a service under Windows 98, ME, NT (All), 2000 (All) and XP (All). This allows unattended startup when the operating system is initialized.
